Return Policy

Here are the requirements for an eligible return:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date.
- We do not offer returns or refunds for these items: mobile/base antennas, earpieces/headsets, programming cables, parts, programming software, software licenses, FCC licenses, programming services and support services. *If you have a concern or issue with any of these items, please contact us for assistance.
- All products that are eligible for return, must be unused and in the original packaging.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Wholesale orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Store credits are an option, rather than a restocking fee.
- We do offer prepaid, return shipping labels. All shipping charges (inbound and return) will be deducted from the customer’s refund. *This policy applies to our store credit return policy as well.
- Exchanges are accepted prior to the order being shipped. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, it will be repaired or replaced.
- Refunds are processed within 48 business hours of receiving the item back to our warehouse. The funds are typically sent back to your payment source within a few days. If you do not see the refund within 5 to 7 business days, then check with your financial institution for further assistance.
- International orders can not be insured and are final-sale. We are not responsible for import fees or delivery delays.
- eBay orders are not eligible for return.
- Amazon-order returns are initiated through Amazon.
