Nationwide cloud-backed PTT subscriptions for Hytera LTE radios — available in 1, 2, and 3-year terms. Includes optional Dispatcher license for centralized fleet command.

The Hytera Horizon platform connects your entire mobile workforce across town or across the country using established 4G LTE carrier networks and local Wi-Fi — eliminating the distance limitations, licensing fees, and infrastructure costs of conventional repeater systems. This cloud-hosted subscription delivers instant group push-to-talk over cellular (PoC) connectivity, real-time GPS location monitoring, and automated call logging, keeping your operations synchronized and tracked at all times.
Choose from flexible 1, 2, or 3-year subscription terms to match your organization’s procurement cycle. Multi-year plans consolidate service costs into a single upfront payment, eliminating month-to-month invoicing overhead.

T-Mobile: High-speed LTE coverage within the United States. Includes a pre-activated 500MB/month T-Mobile SIM card per device.

AT&T: Broad LTE coverage across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Includes a pre-activated 500MB/month AT&T SIM card per device.

AT&T | T-Mobile | Verizon (Tri-SIM): Adaptive multi-network SIM for PNC380S models only. Automatically switches between AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon to maintain the strongest available signal. Includes 500MB/month per device. The Tri-SIM only works in the U.S. and does not support international usage.

No SIM Required: Provides access to the Hytera Horizon server without a carrier SIM. Devices connect via your existing corporate Wi-Fi or a client-provided mobile data SIM.

Dispatcher for Computer: Web-based dispatch console license for one seat. Enables centralized command over your entire Horizon fleet from any computer — no additional infrastructure required. Video streaming is not available for the Dispatcher license.

Is the radio hardware included in this subscription?
No. This is a digital service subscription only. All physical radios, batteries, and accessories must be purchased separately.
What subscription terms are available?
Plans are available in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year terms, all billed upfront. Multi-year plans simplify billing by consolidating service costs into a single payment.
How does contract renewal work?
A renewal quote will be automatically emailed to your system administrator 60 days before your subscription expires, preventing any communication blackout in the field.
Can I use this plan on a standard Android smartphone?
Yes. The Horizon platform supports Bring Your Own Device deployments. Load the Horizon app on any compatible Android smartphone and connect via your phone’s cellular data using the No SIM Required plan.
Is 500MB of monthly data enough for daily PTT use?
Yes. Compressed digital push-to-talk voice packets are very lightweight. A 500MB monthly allotment comfortably supports heavy daily calling and continuous GPS tracking.
Can I change my carrier SIM mid-subscription?
SIM network profiles are activated at provisioning. Switching carriers during an active subscription requires purchasing a replacement SIM card and a reprovisioning fee.
Does the Dispatcher license include video?
No. The Dispatcher for Computer license provides full PTT dispatch, GPS tracking, and call monitoring capabilities, but does not include video streaming. Video is available only on PoC radio subscription plans.
How many Dispatcher seats do I need?
Each Dispatcher license covers one seat (one concurrent dispatcher login). Purchase one license per dispatcher workstation in your operations center.
