Description
Hytera MNC360 Mobile PoC Radio | LTE, Wi-Fi & GPS
Nationwide mobile Push-to-Talk over Cellular for vehicle fleets — no repeaters required.
The Hytera MNC360 is a commercial-grade Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) in-vehicle communication terminal designed to deliver borderless wide-area fleet connectivity. Operating over nationwide 4G/LTE mobile carrier networks and local Wi-Fi bands, the MNC360 completely bypasses the geographic limitations and infrastructure costs of traditional land-mobile repeater systems. Built for public transit, over-the-road logistics, school bus systems, and industrial utility fleets, it brings cell-tower-backed group calling directly into the vehicle cockpit.
The MNC360 features a 4-Watt primary speaker with smart distortion-reduction technology, ensuring dispatch voices cut through heavy vehicle cabin noise, diesel engine rumble, and highway road noise. Its native Android-based architecture provides an open, flexible environment that can host leading PTT deployment platforms including Hytera HALO, HORIZON, Zello, and RealPTT.
An internal high-sensitivity GPS antenna enables automated dispatch terminals to monitor vehicle coordinates, track active logistics routes, and support lone worker protocols in real time. Note: an active data SIM card subscription is required to enable long-range over-the-air communication.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the MNC360 communicate with handheld PoC radios?

Does the MNC360 require an FCC license to operate?
No. The Hytera MNC360 transmits voice as digital broadband data over commercial cellular and Wi-Fi networks. Because it does not use private VHF/UHF radio frequency transmissions, no FCC frequency coordination or operator licensing is required.
