The Icom IP501H is a compact portable radio that provides wide-area, instantaneous communication using existing LTE (4G) and 3G networks. This cutting-edge device offers full-duplex communication for smooth, telephone-style conversations where multiple users can talk and receive at the same time. The IP501H eliminates the need for dedicated repeaters or an IP network, significantly reducing the costs of building and maintaining a wide-area radio network.
At a compact size of 59x95x32mm and weighing just 240g, the Icom IP501H is both discreet and durable, with an IP67 rating for dust-tight and waterproof integrity (1 meter for up to 30 minutes). It is packed with features like built-in Bluetooth® and GPS, an emergency button, Lone Worker, and Man Down functions. The kit includes the radio, a BP-272 Li-ion battery pack, an MB-135 belt clip, a hand strap, and an antenna.
