System Release Interoperability: The AES implementation introduced in system release R2.4 or later does NOT interoperate with the pre-R2.4 MOTOTRBO AES implementation. All radios in an existing fleet with pre-R2.4 AES enabled must be upgraded to at least system release R2.4 before deploying new radios into that fleet with this HKVN4244A license enabled.
